Who processes your data
The controller of the data processed on this page and in the contact form is Kwara.
To exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion or objection), use our contact form.
Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, company, phone and message (optional beyond the first three).
- Landing page visit: truncated IP (always); with your consent, also the full IP (kept for only 30 days) and a random browser identifier. The visit row as a whole — truncated IP and identifier included — is kept for up to 13 months (see Retention below).
- Cookies described in the table below.
- If you submit the contact form from different devices, or click the confirmation email's link from another browser, we associate the identifiers to know it's the same person.
What we use it for
- Responding to your contact/demo request.
- Understanding how many visits the landing receives and where from (aggregate statistics).
- With your consent, understanding which campaign brought you to us.
- With your separate, optional consent (a dedicated checkbox on the form), sending Kwara news by email — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every marketing email.
Legal bases
We process your data based on your consent (statistics/marketing cookies) and on procedures preliminary to your request, when you fill out the contact form (LGPD art. 7, V).
Who we share with
We use AWS (infrastructure/hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery) as processors — they process data on our behalf, under our instructions, never for their own purposes.
These processors keep servers in the United States — your data may be transferred internationally to enable the service.
How long we keep it
- Full visit IP: 30 days.
- Visit (statistics), browser identifier and consent proof: 13 months.
- Contact/demo request: 180 days.
- List of emails unsubscribed from marketing: kept indefinitely, to guarantee you never receive anything from that list again — even if you request deletion of your other data.
